I may have been the one to tell her he was a construction worker. I knew that from his remodelling of a very old place he co-owns. Lot of creds for all that.

My husband and I were construction workers too, re our own place. May we rest in peace.

@ossobuco,
She probably looked for folks that were treating her question more seriously.

But seriously, if Fabiana is still reading our silliness, I think she might find some help looking up chapters of LBGT' support groups. They might have a spokesperson or an educator who will provide legitimate information.

I think that she came here politely and in good faith,
and that she took the inference that this is not a serious forum,
nor is it a welcoming forum,
and she dejectedly turned around and left.

We did not make ourselves look good.

I 'd have answered her questions, treating her seriously and courteously,
but I 'm straight and therefore I don t have the relevant information.

Maybe she was treated as she was
because she is from Germany ????

I was talking about her and OmisigDavid.
I did not address either of the ladies, Chai.

@OmSigDAVID,
Why is it so crucial to mention our hetero orientation, David you actually bold faced your comment about not being gay. I will agree that I also cannot speak for gay people, however, regardless if you know it or not, we are all related to gay people.

Because that disabled me
from helping her out
. That was the critical factor.

If I had the information that she pleasantly asked for,
then I 'd have given it to her. I feel sad that she was not treated better.
