Deaths from malice and deaths from accidents must not be conflated.


(Andrea Yates to the contrary notwithstanding) deaths in bathtubs r presumably accidental.

No, I am saying the same thing I have said from the beginning. More persons under the age of 19 die from guns in the home than from swimming pools.
