Are four sentences grammatically correct and do they share the same meaning?

I am a German;
1) I can speak English as freely as German;
2) I can speak English as free as German;
3) I can speak English at ease as if I speak my mother tongue;
4) I can speak English as I wish.

1) I can speak English as EASILY as German;
2) I can speak English as freeLY as German;
3) I can speak English aS easILY as if I WERE speakING my mother tongue;
4) I can speak English as I wish. {No. that's awkward.}


Joe(You are more likely to hear or read 'easily' than 'freely'.)Nation

Easy and free AS a bird.

"as" is better English, 'like' always gave my English teacher a headache, but lots of English speakers in America say 'like'.
