Grammatical problems with two sentences

1) There is something can be done
Well, it is understandable, but it is grammatically confusing. If it says "there is something that can be done", it is okay but sounds a bit weird. " There is something can be done" sounds fine but ungrammatical.
How to understand it?

2) Even close up the picture doesn't pixelate.

Should it be "Even close up the picture that doesn't pixelate"? If so, it sounds a bit wordy. Without that it sounds ungrammatical as well.

1) There is something can be done. (from film Forrest Gump)
2) Even close up the picture doesn't pixelate.

@oristarA,
Hi oristarA. try these
1) Something can be done.
Using "there is" is redundant. It also complicates the sentence and makes it verbose.
2)The picture does'nt pixelate even when viewed close up.

Hope these help
