But, if you look past the facetiousness, how does your argument differ from Wendy's? All she says is that there is no evidence and accuses others of attacking her. Can't see the parallel?

You were asked to present evidence that there is no evidence and you couldn't come up with any. Since lack of evidence is evidence of believing something blindly, you must believe it blindly since you have presented no evidence.

Evidence of evolution has been presented here. You claim there is no evidence. It is incumbent upon you to show with evidence that what has been presented here is not evidence. You have presented no evidence to support your claim.
