Yeah everything is consciouness one way or another and consciousness is the unmoving thing. Agreed .if you try and measure consciousness which is the difference that collapses the wave function.

Back in the real world, we know that the number 1,000,000 exists even if we have never seen anyone count to it. How many steps is required before micro evolution becomes macro evolution?
You claim micro evolution exists. That means there is change in the DNA that can occur. Now we only need to see multiple changes over multiple generations before we start to see change in species.
Mice share 92% of the dna of humans. How many micro steps is that? You have already admitted that the micro steps occur. That means we only need to count the number of micro steps to achieve the difference. It is nothing but counting to a high number. Either evolution occurs or it doesn't. You can't argue that it only occurs in small steps without admitting that many small steps will result in a large difference.
