My sentence:

- If you have not attended the specially-arranged class today, please email the teacher for arrangement of collecting your test paper.

1. Could I use HAVE NOT DONE with TODAY here?

2. Is my sentence natural English? How can I improve it?

@WBYeats,
1. Yes. You could also write it more simply:
If you did not attend...
If you could not attend...

2. ....please email your teacher to arrange to collect the test paper.
