The first is good use of the ellipsis, in that there are three dots followed by the sentence terminator. The second lacks anything to end the sentence. I hope that is what you were asking. Either could use a simple period or exclamation point as both are complete sentences in themselves.

I'd pull the first comma, placing it instead of the period after "me"
