She Came Up To Me To Say Hi, Is She Interested?

We worked together the past few summers. We barely spoke besides hi, hru and bye. 'd look at her and my friend told he's seen her looking at me. I had to initiate conversations, they went nowhere so I gave up.

Two months later I'm out Monday night and someone taped my shoulder and it was her. She was with a friend. I said hi to her gave her a hug and asked how she was and where her seats where. My friend told me I should have got her number.
