Think of satan and demons as a kind of "spiritual parasites" that exist in the universe and are attracted to nasty human bad vibes like moths to a flame and will lodge in the victims brain-
Jesus said- "When an evil spirit comes out of a man, it goes through arid places seeking rest and does not find it. Then it says, 'I will return to the house I left.' When it arrives, it finds the house unoccupied, swept clean and put in order.
Then it goes and takes with it seven other spirits more wicked than itself, and they go in and live there" (Matt 12:43-45)


The trick therefore is NOT to radiate nasty bad vibes that will attract them, but to keep our minds pure-
"whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things" {Philp 4:8)

And a pure mind will attract God and Jesus to act as bouncers to evict nasty squatters-
Jesus said “Anyone who loves me will obey my teaching. My Father will love them, and we will come to them and make our home with them" (John 14:23)

Jesus said:- "I cast out devils by the finger of God" (Luke 11:19/20)
