New borns...apparently to a mother cat who was not particularly a good mother.

The mother did take one of the kittens to a new location (mother cats relocate litters often)...but never came back for the other two. After almost three full days...with the cats not being fed and not being relocated, Nancy decided to intervene.

We managed to get someone who had bottle fed baby kittens to take the two in for feedings...and they are doing just fine.

Not sure that Cabot, our live in cat, would take kindly to new cats...but we may experiment and see if the cats can move back here after a bit of professional caretaking by the woman we left them with.

Stray and ferel cats seem to find our yard irresistable.

@Frank Apisa,
Awww.

I hope the mom cat and other baby are okay too.

I worried about how my old cat would react to a new cat that we agreed to take in. She was just like "Whatever."

Some animals mix together fine. Or maybe we're just lucky that when we add to the mix nobody cares. My old dog (and both cats) love love our new puppy.

@Frank Apisa,
Awwwwwwwwww........I brought up a stray kitten from a few days old like that when I was a little kid. She was a truly lovely cat.

If those are the kittens, they do not need bottle feeding. Sure, sucking is the reflexive action but a kitten/pup/calf/etc of that age will easily learn to drink rather than starve.
