I had a teacher, Don Marquardt, for Beginning Landscape Design, which really wasn't such a beginning course, something like the fourth design course into the line up.. who used to do a sort of theatrical thing as Fredrick Law Olmstead. I hate to say that this never appealed to me, and I never saw him do it. But the Olmsted and Vaux's park itself is worth all the attention that Christo is getting now. I know it's been troubled as a park sometimes, but it is one amazing place. And if the curtains use and highlight that, I'm interested.
Er, I just lied. I didn't have him for beginning land design, I had him for landscape design history.
Soz, I was always behind on that thread. For one thing, I don't get the NY'r until other people are about to get next week's...
but I was always interested in it.
I know that now you can check it out online, but... I'm not that good..
This is a test:

I'm not seeing the snow picture. Maddening.
Hi, Joe.
It seems we can not view your pictures because we need to register on your site.
I'll try this again. Can you see the previous one ? (wide shot of bridge..)
Freezing cold this morning. Lots of runners, runners with dogs, and dogs with freezing people
Were you trying to post a bridge?
Francis: Are you seeing the photos on the previous page or can you see this one:
