Hi English teachers,
may I ask if my following sentence is grammatically correct?Many thanks in advance.
The misrepresentation must be the facts, it cannot be opinion and it must be before the contract start point.

Forgive me Jane but we first need to know what it means. To start with, a misrepresentation is not usu thought of as factual; while some of us might not understand what a "contract start point" is

I cannot think "misrepresentation" is correct there.

...fact, supported by evidence...

...before the contract commencement date.
