I don't know how to approach this issue as a guy. My girlfriend and I had an argument and we broke our relationship off for a month. She told me she felt sad and helpless during that time so she went to the extreme and had a threesome with two of her male co-workers 8 months ago and she just told me about it today. I feel uneasy and keep thinking about it in my head. She told me those guys did things to her that wasn't her such as anal and gagging her. Thinking of it makes me sick, how do I move on from this?

@80sborn,
I think Rockhead is about a few things :

- the likelihood of a girl having a 3some with 2 of her male work colleagues, and remaining at work, are fairly remote - her reputation there would be ruined (the chances of neither of them mentioning anything are very slim). Most women would avoid such a possibility like the plague.

- your post is bit more graphic than most people would post, and not particularly necessary regarding the level of detail - that level of detail is usually reserved for pornos.

- and I'm wondering why on earth would she say something like that to you? Surely she didn't think you were going to respond positively to such an admission, so what is the motive?

Personally, on that information alone (ie. not considering much else), I'd steer clear.

I agree. IF this story is true and not a spam, she was off base telling you about this "affair."

What was her intention? Guilt? Provocative? Get you back?

In any case, steer clear of that one. You "move on" by remembering how you are feeling: uneasy. Trust your own instincts.
