Given the length of your relationship, there are states where you might be considered to have a common law marriage, but that depends on a number of factors. Even if there is no common law marriage, things like the type of business (e. g. corporation, partnership, subchapter S corporation, etc.) would define a lot of what you're asking.
So, I repeat, you need a lawyer to help sort out this tangle.
