Dear English teachers,
are my following sentences grammatical correct?
1)It is because that the terms of the main contract would be applied mutadis mutandis to the subcontract.
2)The said arbitration clause would be incorporated into the subcontract.

in the first sentence, "that" is not needed, and the latin phrase can be italicized:

It is because that the terms of the main contract would be applied mutadis mutandis to the subcontract.

the second sentence is fine...

Thanks, the writer who wrote my textbooks likes to use wrong grammar to confuse people.
