Hi English teachers,
Please tech me English by advising me about my following sentence. Many thanks for your guidance in advance.
I don't think I can fare well at work if I continue working for the same employer.

It's good, and sounds like something I might hear at any time.

Some would say 'do' instead of 'fare'. I think fare is better.

The sentence is fine, and doesn't need to be modified.

do well
progress

these are possible alternatives. "Fare well" is fine, maybe sounding a little dated.
