I had a roast beef sammich for lunch. I don't put much on most sammiches. This one was essentially bread and meat.

horse radish, home grown an home ground. That's all that a decent sliced beef sammich needs

I had a fat slice of homemade rustic herb bread with butter. Iced coffee. Nice.

Everything so far causes me to either salivate or get a hard on. Just like Roger.
But I am too primitive to go beyond machine -ground peanut butter and "smart balance" olive oil margine and home made strawberry jam (made by my pharmacist, a lovely lady) on sprouted wheat bread--and a large mug of black coffee.

Why the olive oil?
I could see strawberry jelly (especially from strawberries ONLY jelly, where they don't add any sugar, just more strawberries for sweetness.

I got home about an hour ago and I need a nap. Lt night I screwed off on A2K by listening to Finnsy D Abuzznik go whining on about something and accusing people of "Libtardation"
So I read some of his stuff and only got an hour of sleep before I had to get on the rod to get back home. Now Im Tard

Sounds like you'll need a hefty sammich in a couple of hours. Why did you take the time for Finnsy? Sleep, for me would always take precedence.
