Hi English teachers,
is my sentence below acceptable?
How much discount is a member entitled?

Almost . . .

"How much [of a] discount is a member entitled to?"

Or

"To how much [of a] discount is a member entitled?"

I put "of a" in brackets because you don't absolutely have to have it, but it would be a common usage for a native speaker. You cannot dispense with "to," however.
