Sure...absolutely...I understand the mentality of being a superstar athlete and trying to gain an edge in every way that you can within your own sport...and that is what makes these players in these sports greats...but when it is seen in a slower version, as well as an instant replay ability just how blatantly obvious that a man that is that built just purposely reacted as if he had just got hit in the face by a Mack truck...I think it is pretty damn hilarious...It makes me think that half of these guys who flop could actually be talented actors...
My point was...I think that the flop in basketball is probably the biggest deterrents of actually be able to gain an edge, or maintain and sustain this edge compared to almost any other way a superstar can try to maintain an edge, rather than lose it, in any other sport I can think of...(the most counter productive)
Aside from cheating...(which is different in its own ways) Can you think of what appears to be more ridiculous in any other sport, rather than (sometimes) 7 foot big men just blatantly dropping like that?
