@BillW,
Although Chris Paul is a great player, he was never a good fit for a team like the Rockets. Chris Paul is more of a half court type of point guard. The Rockets are more of a fast pace up tempo full court type of team. James Harding is the perfect point guard for this team. Chris Paul would probably be more compatible with the San Antonio Spurs or any other half court type of team.

We won't know how he is as a Rocket, for certain, until he logs some actual playing time.

@Kolyo,

i would have been ok with a tough loss to GS -- the longer the streak goes, the more distracting it gets for the players...

Chris and James did pretty well last night. Of course, it's just one game.

My poor daughter is devastated she is a die hard warriors fan - even being from Boston. She so wanted to go to the game but with nosebleed seats in the hundreds of dollars wasn't going happen.

Although I wasn't heartbroken about it.

@edgarblythe,
I saw highlights of a recent Rockets game a couple of days ago. Chris Paul really look good in this recent game. He put up some really good numbers in points and assist.

So far, he and Harden are awesome. Just waiting for them to get to some of the best teams.

Rockets haven't lost a game since Chris Paul joined. Right now they are playing the team that put them out of the playoffs last time. They have a nice lead in the third, but I never count the other team out this early.

Quote:
Rondo becomes 7th NBA player with 25 dimes in a game

Rajon Rondo set a franchise record with a career-high 25 assists in just 30 minutes on the court,
Anthony Davis had 33 points, 11 rebounds and 6 blocks, and the Pelicans beat the Brooklyn Nets
128-113 on Wednesday night.

Rondo is the only active player with 25 assists in a game and is among only seven players in NBA
history to reach the mark, with the others being Scott Skiles, John Stockton, Jason Kidd, Kevin
Johnson, Nate McMillan and Isiah Thomas. The last to do it was Kidd in 1996.

Harden had one hell of a night last night. I watched the game out of the corner of the eye as I did Income Tax. I didn't realize he was setting a Rockets record.
60 POINTS / 11 ASSISTS / 10 REBOUNDS!

Actually, an NBA record that is a 1st - 60 point triple double.

It's too soon to predict, in my opinion, but I love what the Rockets are doing. Yesterday Harden said the Rockets have got to improve more.
