My 12 year old is staying with my oldest daughters aunt but she is not any kin to my12 year old at all me and her maternal aunt wants her with her where we feel she'll be taken better care of she is also in a wheelchair due to An automobile accident we were in in2006 can someone please help???

Sorry ... perhaps it's me ... but I can't make any sense of what you're saying. What exactly is your question?
Are you able to take care of your daughter? Do you want to relinquish custody? Is the court forcing this?

As far as I can determine cps = cycles per second, or hertz
