The USSC has held that government cannot discriminate
in regard to even a few moments of poorer seating on a bus.
Everyone has a Constitutional Right to
EQUAL PROTECTION of the LAW,
including the equal right to defend his or her life
from the violence of man or beast (e.g., dogs in the streets).
That 's how it was for a long time, before gun control.
