When we found out she had an enlarged heart and put her on meds she stopped eating. I have tired every food there is and she refuses to eat. I am force feeding her baby food and Nurti Cal thru a syringe but she has lost 2 lbs. she shakes but is not cold she wobbles she cannot stand up very long, I have to pick her up to drink water and to potty. The Vet does not know why she won't eat. I think I need to get a second opinion.. I do not want her to die!!! HELP????

Yes, get a second opinion from a vet.

Jespah is right, but there is a lot of missing information in your post. How old is she? What is the cause of the cardiac enlargement? What meds were prescribed, and at what dosage? Get another opinion, but also find a vet who will fill in the blanks.
