Hi English teachers,
I am not sure how to ask the time or year correctly.Please guide me by marking my sentences below.Thanks a lot for your guidance in advance.
1)What is the year now?
2)What is the time now?
3)What time is it?
4)What year is it?

@Loh Jane,
I go with simplicity. In every case it comes out "What time is it?" "What year is it?" There is no point in adding the word now.
