Vocabulary claim,mention and statement

Dearest English teachers,
I want to say something but I am not sure which is the best word to use, I guess that 'mention' must be the best one. Please help by correcting the sentences below if they have errors. Many thanks in advance.

I read website articles and they say blueberries are very good for health but I am not sure if the mention/claim/statement is true.

Statement works best there.

Claim, maybe. It depends if an actual claim was made. If it's a straightforward opinion, "statement" is a safe choice.
