@parados,
I wasn't defending anyone, I was making my own comment. You seem to think the Constitution was written so that the govt could prevent us from doing things, when that wasn't the case. The Constitution was written to restrict the govt not the people. Plain and simple.

As water constitutes ice,
so the Constitution constitutes government in America.
Government was granted EXISTENCE subject to
certain considerations, including specific areas of authority
that were WITHHELD from it, e.g. choosing our religions for us
or interfering with our possession of defensive guns.

The USSC has repeatedly held that government has NO
jurisdiction other than that which has been granted to it.

(See also the 9th and 10th Amendments.)

You seem to make up whatever you want and not actually comment on what people are saying.

@OmSigDAVID,
Since the government has no jurisdiction where it isn't granted and since "crime" is a violation of government laws can you show us where the constitution gives the government the power to charge a crime for the government passing legislation.

Or are you just going to keep waving your pecker around?

@parados,
So first I was defending someone, and now I'm just making things up? Which is it Parados? Am I wrong in my statement that the Constitution is there to restrict the govt and not the people?

U call upon me to be REDUNDANT
in citing u to Title 18, US Code
Chapter 13, Sections 241 and 242.
Do u impugn the jurisdictional predicate
of that statute ??

It seems odd to me (tho I do not object
to homosexuality in others) that liberals so obsessively
pursue an interest in the penises of real Americans.
The wish to survive the predatory violence of man or beast is non-erotic.

@Baldimo,
You made 2 statements. They both did different things.
First you jumped in to defend David. Then you made up something you "seem to think" I said but I clearly never did say.
Does that explain your actions? Or do you still need help?

You are the one claiming some of the US Code is a crime. I am asking for your showing that supports your statement.

You are the one that brought up peckers around when you claimed others were "raping" the Constitution. I am merely pointing out you are the one that is waving your pecker around and no one else is raping the Constitution because your argument is silly and unsupported by reality when there exists a law for almost 80 years which you claim can't exist under your idiotic statements.

@RexRed,
Got any stat's to back this up?

Besides there is already a law preventing people with domestic violence backgrounds from having a gun. It is called the Lautenberg rule and it effects everyone but especially those in the military and law enforcement.
