Hi English teachers,
Please correct my English sentences, thank you very much.
1)Improbably and incredibly, my boss praises me and treats me to food frequently nowadays and in the light of these compliment speeches, I work harder.
2)Compliments notwithstanding, I will still leave this employer soon. Because I do not want to do the current work everlastingly.

@Loh Jane,
Quote:

...nowadays(, or ;)and…
complimentary speeches

Readon for semi: Otherwise seems he treats you in the light

I do work harder

Quote:
2)Compliments notwithstanding, I will still leave this employer soon. Because I do not want to do the current work everlastingly.

Jane the period is unnecessary. Otherwise can't see anything wrong grammatically

However, it needs to be more colorful

His endless compliments notwithstanding, I will soon leave (quit, desert, flee http://thesaurus.com/browse/leave?s=t) this employer because (since) the current work seems everlasting (seems also endless)
