He is a climbing fool. Not sure how he got up there...seems impossible, because it is a long way up. And as you can see...he is thinking carefully about his dismount.
Here are some close-ups of the art work (of sorts) in the background. It was a thing I did when I had lots of time on my hands. The outline is there...and all you have to do is color in with color pens. Took over a year of work...off and on, but it was relaxing and kept me out of trouble.
