Susan has (already) written her thesis.
Q1 Can I say "never"instead of "already" in that sentence.

Did the Pope (ever) go to Africa on a visit?
Q2 Can I say "yet"instead of "ever" in that sentence.

Has Sally (ever) flown in a Concorde jet?
Has anyone else (ever) won seven gold medals? I don't think so.
Q3 Can I say "already"instead of "ever" in those sentences.

Please help me.

You could say "Sally has never written her thesis", but it would mean virtually the opposite of "already".

You could say "Has the pope gone to Africa on a visit yet?" which would be a bit more natural-sounding if you wanted to use the word.

You could say "aready" in the last two, but "ever" works more naturally.
