Context:
In my dreams I hear again the crash of guns, the rattle of musketry, the strange, mournful mutter of the battlefield. But in the evening of my memory I come back to West Point. Always there echoes and re-echoes: Duty, Honor, Country.
Today marks my final roll call with you. But I want you to know that when I cross the river, my last conscious thoughts will be of
the Corps, and the Corps, and the Corps.
I bid you farewell.

Well, it doesn't seem that anyone else is going to answer. MacArthur was a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York. Corps refers specifically to the Corps of Cadets of the USMA.
@oristarA,
One of the best speeches by a general.
West Point, a holy place for military arts.

Sadly, it has become a training ground for war criminals and terrorists, Ori.
A slight digression: Set is correct in saying that in this case the Corps refers to the Corps of Cadets at West Point. However, if you see this word used in a description of military action in most other contexts, without the lead-in attribution, it will refer to U.S. Marine Corps rather than the U.S. Army.
