You can't give Obama credit for that. That was a plan approved by Bush and the Iraqi government.
Obama just happened to be president when the plan was implemented.
Unless you would ha e been willing to give Mitt the credit for the withdrawal if he had won the election.

I generally tend to give credit for work within the first year to the previous administration, especially on the economy where it takes a while for things to work through. The Iraq pullout was almost three years into Obama's administration so I give him credit.

That's fine, just know that he had nothing to do with it.
He didn't negotiate the status of forces agreement, he didn't set the date for the withdrawal, nor did he have anything to do with any other part of it.
If my memory is correct, he actually wanted to leave more troops in iraq than the SOF allowed, but the iraqi govt refused him.
