Don't forget the lube.
With the huge pushing being made by Bloomberg’s gun control groups
to get corporations to ban legally carried firearms on their property,
other companies are coming out in favor of legal gun carry.
We’ve already published stories about restaurants that welcome
or even encourage customers to legally carry their firearms and now
we have a story about a restaurant in Louisiana which is actually
offering a discount to gun carriers.
According to NBC33,
Bergeron’s Restaurant off Lobdell Highway in Port Allen is known
for it’s cajun cooking, but recently they’ve been getting a lot of
attention for something that doesn’t have anything to do with their food.
The restaurant is offering a discount, but it’s far from typical.
“I just need to see a weapon. I need you to be carrying a gun,”
says Bergeron’s owner Kevin Cox.
That’s right. The restaurant began offering
a 10% discount a
couple of weeks ago,
for bringing in both your appetite and your gun.
“As long as everybody has a gun we’re all the same size,” says Cox.
While this is a very cool move, this isn’t the first restaurant we’ve
documented that has offered a discount to gun carriers.
All the way back in early 2013 (when many criticized this business
for supporting gun rights),
All Around Pizzas and Deli in Virginia
offered a 15% discount to legal gun carriers. The restaurant is still
advertising the promotion on their website.
