I suppose the "not knowing" part would have to do with one's attempt to rationalize God, or to presume one knows why God does what He does.
Is God limited to dealing with the forces of physics with which mere mortals must abide? Clearly not.
He is, after all, the omnipotent creator of our universe. That being the case, why should His actions need to follow paths that Frank Apisa feels would be appropriate under the circumstances?
