I've never bought a lottery ticket in my life. It's a rip off. A feminist plot. In the UK I mean. A London cash suction pump. As if they hadn't enough of them already.

It's enough for your heart. But for the antidepressant effect, one must exert energy, sweat. You don't have to run for miles, just get your heart going and sustain it for a while. Not that I'm that good at getting myself to do this since I can no longer play racquetball. But if I did, it would help. Thus the pills.

Tired. That's me. But I just woke up. Oh, well. I get off in six hours and only have to work four of those. I would like a cup of black coffee. I have to lay off the sugar and alcohol for health reasons. Hope you all have a nice one.
