what does corn have to do with poi?

common mistake of many who look up 'poi' see the word corM and then scribble down the wrong word.

At any rate, I need a triple coffee with extra grinds.

@Rockhead,
I don't think Spendi will settle for writing about more exotic dishes. Hawaiian does sound good though. I think he's interested in subjects more related to bodily functions besides eating. But I like eating. I wish I could do more of it. Especially lately.

And I heard that eating corn was bad for you too. I don't remember why. I think it has something to do with genetic engineering or something. I eat it anyway. Especially pop corn.

@Sturgis,
Howdy Sturgis. Howdy Rockhead. Tea and Coffee.........that's me.

Virtual sex is possible, but not here. I draw the line there. And I refuse to comment further.

I'm sorry Rocky. Your question prompted me to look up "poi" and I discover that it also means--

Quote:
In the Māori language, poi can mean the physical objects used by the dancers, the choreography itself, or the accompanying music

I once saw a dancer, female of course, do the bottle trick in a bar down "The Gut" in Valletta. They didn't do "equal opportunities" in Malta at that time. They discriminated.

I presume that counts as "poi" then?

@farmerman,
He could stand in front of Rockerfeller Center then, just like the big doggie topiary extravaganza by Koons. Wish I'd thought of that, think of the millions.

Hmmm, that doesn't look like Rockerfeller Center (but it/or similar was there).

Re spam, I have faint memories of once liking it.

The FDA today admitted that chicken eaters are getting fed arsenic, which is passed along after the growers feed arsenic to the chickens. I have been eating more chicken than other meat, but no longer.

although i was born and raised in Dundee, my family were from Kirriemuir, and were friends with the Barrie family. i used to go there every other week to visit my nan.

@Berty McJock,
Cool. I'll probably never get to Scotland. But I can't do every damn thing I'd like to do. Thanks for sharing your place with us.

Now, I'm going to bed. Night all.

@edgarblythe,
Humans evolve. Maybe certain traces of arsenic have become essential.

@roger,
Maybe........but also maybe not. I know that arsenic in small doses is not too bad......or good for something or another. Oh well, what can you do? A person has to eat something.

Now, I'm really going to bed. Good night Roger, Wassau.

@Lola,
Probably not so good. I once tried to make the argument that a few discarded aluminum beer cans had become essential to an adaptable ecology. I failed.
