That you do, FF. Look the other way when you know just what evil your governments do to the innocents of the world. Consider where the US might now be if it had actually had to compete fairly in the world economy rather than having been a pirate state.

@ossobuco,
I think mebbe A2K servers are having a semi-melt- down..or the database where this all is stored is a little leaky. Me? I'm listening to the warm..(or is it the war)?
Some one needs to stand up on the bar tonight and recite this.
It must be due to the fact that it was so early in the wee hours of the morning when I stood on the bar in my belly dancing "kit" and recited this poem. It's someone else's turn for tonight. Any volunteers?

Those were the days all right. But so are these and I'm not done yet. I once heard Katherine Hepburn say something that I thought was very wise. I can't find the quote, although I've tried. But it had to do with younger women thinking older women should step aside and let the younger ones have the stage. The idea was that the older woman has had her day and it's unbecoming for her to hold on. She was unrepentant in her rejection of that point of view.
She also said the following:
Quote:
"I never realized until lately that women were supposed to be the inferior sex."
"I never realized until lately that women were supposed to be the inferior sex."
I think she meant the "interior" sex, Lola.

But so are these and I'm not done yet.
Done doing what? You seem to be perfectly content allowing US war criminals/terrorists to run rampant over the world. In fact you seem to applaud their efforts. Why would that be, Lolaessence?

@ossobuco,
Speaking of Fantasy basebol, I can't lose B.J. Upton no matter what. He's got a no-cut status by the Commish. I smell payoff. He's not even at close to the Mendoza line (.200 avg).
I shall now return the thread to its rightful topic...
coffee and the housing therein.
I like the theory of shisha very much, but oh dear it makes me cough.
One of my dance instructors had a shisha set-up as part of one of her take-offs on Fifi Abdo ... I coughed and coughed ... ... shisha needs a space with good ventilation.
But it had to do with younger women thinking older women should step aside and let the younger ones have the stage.
If young women think that they should up their performance levels.

@ehBeth,
That you dance very well
It's easy to tell
For lightly and sprightly you tread;
But dear, is it meet
To indulge thus your feet,
And neglect all the while your poor head?
vonny, I love Sacher torte! And I haven't had any since the bakery where I would purchase it closed down. In fact, most of the bakeries in my immediate area have gone out of business.
We will have to do some exercise to work off all those calories.
I just discovered Gangnam style dancing. Never heard of Gangnam style anything before--it's from Korea. It's very catchy music and it looks like the dancing would help to burn off some calories.
Best of all, we can do it as a group, so everyone can join in.
