Deaths From Ending a War

I believe that when the U.S., pulled out of the Bay of Pigs Invasion, out of Vietnam, and out of the first Gulf War in Iraq, our adversaries then killed the indigenous people who had worked with us. Where can I find an estimate of the number of such people killed.
