hah, thought that might be too, too much
now, what was it I was saying
gee, I almost always see several complete thoughts in dys' mere phrases; they provide a background framework, the phrase the distillation.....
Re: Does Anyone Really Think We Can Get Bush Out?
Instead of bitching let's all get out and VOTE! VOTE VOTE VOTE !!!!!!!!
LET ME STRESS IT AGAIN
VOTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If you vote for Kucinik, whom I like very much, you may as well vote for Bush. Dennis' time has not yet come.
It amazes me how many people want him but won't vote for him.
Or don't even bother voting at all.
We have the same apathy and playing the odds here in Canada, instead of getting someone we actually have faith in.
Sadly, that's the way it goes. I left my idealism behind somewhere in the 80's. My last idealist vote was probably for Anderson. Just because I think someone else might do a better job is not enough reason to waste my ONE vote, knowing the country will not follow. I vote for who I think will win, who has the views closest to my own. And in the upcoming election, every vote is SO important, and the only ones that have a shot of making a difference in this nation are those cast for the democratic party contender. Once we get the country back into some semblance of sanity, we can work hard to make a third-party candidate (or one who received few-no primary votes) a viable alternative. Until then, why take a chance? There's too much to lose...
McCain for independant in 04!
Yah, you wish!
I don't think it'd happen for him, either, though!
