Yes, its MMXIII and time for Super Bowl XLVII. For the next month people will be gathering around the water cooler nattering about the games while you may be standing there with a blank stare and frozen grin. Nothing to say.
Or perhaps you actually know a lot about football and are looking for an outlet to prove how smart you are.
Here is your opportunity to painlessly get involved in Superbowl Madness without having to invest any time! Really!
Watch this space for details on how you can participate and win big prizes* like players did last year.

Here is the deal. The NFL play offs begin this coming weekend with the Wild Card games. All you have to do is guess the winners of the four games. The deadline for posting your picks is Saturday, January 5th, at 4 PM ET.
Simple, huh. Do it now. We'll fill you in on the rest of the simple game shortly.
The Wild Card games:
--Cincinnati Bengals @ Houston Texans
--Indianapolis Colts @ Baltimore Ravens
--Minnesota Vikings @ Green Bay Packers
--Seattle Seahawks @ Washington Redskins

Frequently Asked Questions About Playing...
--How Do I Post My Picks? Just like Region Philbus did.
--Is There Other Information Needed? You might say where you are from. We use the data for statistical purposes only. Region is from Boston.
--Will I Be Treated With Respect Here? Yes, of course.
--When Is The Deadline Again? What's the matter? Can't you read? I said the deadline for the four (that's 4) Wild Card games is 4 pm Sat Jan 5.
--What Do I Win? You get one point for every Wild Card game correctly picked plus an extra four points if you get all four games right.
--I Thought You Said Big Prizes? That comes later.

After the four Wild Card games are played Jan 5th & 6th, the schedules will be set for the NFL Divisional games on January 12th and 13th, the Conference games on January 20th and 21st and finally the Super Bowl on February 3rd.
Players here will be asked to predict by January 12th the winners of all of the remaining games.

Cincinnati Bengals (on a roll, while Texans have lost their mo)
Indianapolis Colts (as above, Colts on the upswing, Ravens on the down)
Green Bay Packers (gotta go with the Pack on the frozen tundra)
Seattle Seahawks (tough to choose)

Don't worry, when our teams go 0-4, I'll be primed to provide us with more whiny arguments for why "they really were the best picks" than you could ever want. This is a tough wild card season, without any sure bets.
