Feral cat

Hi,
My feral cat that is a house cat for three years has been throwing up right after she eats on an off for about 5 days now. She still plays and acts perfectly normal except for the throwing up. Since she is a feral I cannot pick her up she will run.
How can I catch her for a Vet visit. They won't except a trap only a cat in a carrier. I really wish I would of never trapped her and kept her but I love her now and have now choice.
Please help.

Buy hot chicken from morrisons and use a blanket setup to pull down on her quickly, i suggest, maybe others have better answers?

If you have not got a carrier, they might accept similar... a large cardboard box with lots of holes? Taped well.

I can imagine the grudge the cat would hold for being shot by a dart once he wakes up. Neutral
