@H2O MAN,
I honestly, honestly thought you said that about Obama at first and was going to congratulate you for the nonpartisan observation. "Calm, cool and collected" is very much a description of Obama here. Romney looks stressed, squinchy, blink-y, and like he really, really wants a drink of water.

I might take any of the pro-Obama comments on this thread serious if even one of them acknowledged that their guy has made a mistake or stumbled. None have and so all are to be ignored as partisan tripe.

Obama talks the talk, but he has never walked the walk.

Romney has clear control of this debate and this countries future.

"Let's not talk about hypothetical."

That's how you answer a question about Israel going to war with Iran Mr. Romney? Did you not get the memo about the purpose of debate?

@sozobe,

No, Obama looks rather nervous and he's on the defensive in a way that forces him to attack Romney.

If Obama's one and only term was so successful he should be able to speak of his
accomplishments without resorting to childish attacks on the man that will replace him.

We all acknowledged it: he fucked the first debate up bad. Looked terrible and lost big. The talk was all over a2k for weeks. Now, Romney is struggling; where are you at?

Did Romney just imply he would prefer the Ghadafi and Mubarik were still in power in the mideast?

Obama is hoping Bob or Mitt will tell him what the word 'Tumult' means.

@Cycloptichorn,

No, Obama did a fine job of being himself in the 1st debate.
The problem for Obama was that Romney also did a fine job
of being himself and America found him to be a much more
qualified, competent and likeable human being.

@parados,
Yes he did!

Romney seems to be playing on the fear of the American voter, and those republicans love that! Ignorance is bliss!
