Yeah. I dropped a similar link on another thread.

She shouldn't have been allowed to have touched the painting. Clearly she doesn't have any art restoration expertise or experience.

Anybody know if there is a tipping etiquette in a cafeteria? When we ate at Luby's, a person hovered quite a bit and offered to bring us drinks and such. I felt I should tip, but was uncertain if others do so.

She didn't ask permission. She just did it.

And worse, they were just about to have it restored for real.

I tip for table service only. Not counter service, not cafeterias, not take-out.

Of course, this is my own rule, and I realize not everyone agrees with me.

In this case, I'd be unsure too, edgar. Do you think it was her job to wait on you?

We went in there before and it is obvious it is their job to do this with each customer.
