wouldn't i still start my period if it takes days to conceive?

Hello.. I was supposed to start my period on Sep 15th, But instead I began to ovulate all day Saturday through Sunday ( I usually ovulate 4-5 days )I was a taken back I wasn't supposed to be ovulating. Had unprotected sex the night before with my BF. I still have not started my period. I didn't have cramps, tender breast etc.. a week before my period.. like I usually do. All Iv'e been noticing are pinching like cramps

Go buy a pregnancy test kit from the local drug store and use it. It is much more reliable than asking anonymous strangers on the internet.

And, in the future, if you are not wanting to become pregnant, then start using some form of birth control, the more reliable the better.
