I have not addressed the subject of an infantry invasion of Iran,
tho I 'm 1OO% sure that the US Army & Marine Corps r equal to the task.

Israel could solve the issues it has with Iran and its other neighbors by owning to its responsibilities and rendering to the Palestinian peoples their due: the Right of Return, and the establishment of a truly democratic bi-national state that incorporates and enfranchises all of the peoples--and their descendants--who inhabited the Palestine Mandate before the disastrous Nakba of 1947. Iran and the other states surrounding Israel would no longer have a motive for their belligerence against such a state. This solution would be the most just and moral concerning all of the peoples aforementioned.

Instead, Israel is pursuing a course that will invariably lead to its own destruction: the obstinate maintenance of an ethnocentric state that, to exist, must necessarily and perpetually oppress and discriminate against the Palestinian peoples.
