@ghoulgirl,
You're a bit vague on what exactly a "lump under her eye" is. Is the lump completely under the skin or is it a growth?

Dogs of advanced age do tend to get skin tags and other various benign growths. But since we can't diagnose your dog without seeing the dog, it's best to take the dog to a vet to get it checked out.

@tsarstepan,
Yep! Even younger dogs too. My dog Mac developed a hard lump on her side, I was busy and didn’t have the time to take her to the Vet, it was gone in two days, could have been a bite of some kind but when in doubt especially with an older dog, take him to the Vet.

it is not a good lump...

please get it checked out so you know if she will start to suffer or if it can be treated.

@ghoulgirl,
Lump = professional medical opinion not question on internet forum.
