I have a privacy issue : my girlfriend receives my status by email, even when i deny her the visualisation.
1- She cannot see the status on facebook.com
2- But she receives a notification email with the content of the status
What can i do to stop this ?

Why shouldn't someone deny their "girlfriend" access to facebook updates? The term "girlfriend" doesn't imply much and could be used for many types of relationship. If you don't want to share with your girlfriend, you shouldn't.
That's the reason that you should stop posting updates to facebook.

Go to your Facebook preferences and confirm that you've checked or unchecked all the notification boxes for the various pieces of Facebook.
There is at least one, maybe two of them that emails notifications to your friends when you've posted something.

Open a new email account to use for your facebook notifications.
