Dear Mr. Russell,
I am very happy that the book named Great Expectation has arrived on time .But it is a great pity that there is something wrong with the binding.
Since it is one of my favorite novels, so I want to keep a book about it and make a collection of it . And that is why I want to buy the book and care too much about it .However ,the book you sent to me didn’t live up to my trust in you ,which really made me a little disappointed .
Now I am writing to you with an eager heart. I would like to know whether or not I can exchange for a good one ? I hope that my problem will get your kind consideration.

Despite the prompt arrival of the copy of "Great Expectations", which was to be added to my collection, I am surprised and unhappy with the quality of the binding. I therefore trust you will oblige me with either an appropriate replacement or a refund .
