What does "hooters girls dig me" mean？

Hooter's is a restaurant, the girls are the waitresses who dress in scantily clad uniforms. 'Dig me' means they like him, or they are attracted to him. Hooters is also slang for owls or women's breasts.

I think the girls in the 'reality' picture look nicer. Of course the whole idea is insulting to women. I don't suppose my preferred type of girl-themed restaurant, "Pre-Raphaelites" has much of a commercial chance.

I guess what I should have clarified is, that there is a fantasy and then there is the regular, work your butt off waitress that probably couldn't give a damn about the guy wearing the coat.
