I wear a goatee. (Hey, I'm a suburban tech-dad. It's part of the uniform.)

I must be careful to maintain a strict separation of upper lip and nostril hair. Nostril hair growing into the goatee is, shall we say, off-putting.

I must trim them on a regular basis, same as my ear hairs.

I use a weed whacker on those and my eyebrows, as well.

My dad was a lot tougher, though. He hammered them down so they're on the inside, chewed the ends off and then spit them out.

I like to pull them out, one at a time.

Tears come to my eyes and it makes me look sensitive.

Actually, the older I get, the more errant hairs I find. We may be looking at a teen wolf scenario here... minus the teen part, of course

As has been said, it's a result of age, I never had them even a few years ago.

Rockhead, if that's you in the picture, you need maybe something from the John Deere people to handle nose hairs!
I get little tiny ones that fall out. But most are like uninvited relatives...they just sit there and sit there until you have no choice but to physically evict them.
(I usually do my evicting when I'm behind the steering wheel)

I just pull 'em out. It used to hurt, even bring tears to my eyes. That went away long ago--now i just pull 'em out. (If i were out in public with people i didn't like, i'd drop them in their entree as i came from the men's room.)
